Normal Spectrometer displays shows only Spectrometer values on Displays.
On this receiving reports concern person has to find the values of the items are within range or not. & has to calculate as per various formulas, conditions then suggest additions of elements.
Normally all this process takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes as per our observation in various foundries.
Our 'Alloy Addition Suggests' display shows direct alloy addition reports on display after spark the sample on spectrometer within 7 seconds.
NO need of wait till supervisor can calculate the alloy addition using various formulas fro addition of alloys, operator can start to add alloys within 10 seconds.
